Why do kids make it hard?
They love not paying attention and cant understand why we get frustrated. I suppose its because we have been trained to be so. I try to take the different rout, the gental and calm way. But sometimes even I slip up and become that frustrated parent. I think its because we cant rember who it felt to be little and pushing the boundaries of our parents. I know teenagers push and some don't even realize thats what they are doing. It's hard for a parent to be dependent for everything to go to I can do it myself independent child.
I love how independent my kids are becoming but I find it hard to adjust to being their 24 hours for everything to every now and then. I will get the hang of it, i just need some time ;) Have you ever gone through a troubling life alternating experience? If so why not share it, I am sure others would be relived to know they are not alone in such things.

Why I do the things I do!

I do the things i do because i love to. One person told me that I have way to many projects going on on top of my kids. Well i do these projects to help my kids. I am active in their daily life, I spend lots of time with them. I might spend most of my time late at night on my projects and i don't do them all at once.
I do have many started right now and it is all chaos but once things settle down it will be really easy to update and keep them going. Its always chaos in the beginning but it evens and calms down some as time goes by. Honestly I strive for pressure and stress. I recently joined for PayPerPost, and my blog has now been approved for them.
The reason I joined it is because well I love to type or blog as others say about things. Personally I don't have a lot to blog about in my life so I need to add other things to help get me to blog. And who could resists the fact of getting paid to do it? I couldn't resist, I could use the extra money. Especially for my sons special Gluten Free foods, it isn't cheep thats for sure.
My son struggles with Autism and the Gluten Free diet has helped with some of his behaviors. He is more social then he was but still doesn't like crowds. I hope to meet some intreasting people during this new job venture. It isn't really about the money its about meeting people and finding the right things to write about. I enjoy talking about things.
I have already been paid by PayPerPost a friend signed up using the button on the left once her blog was approved i received $15.00! Hmm not very wanted ;)

This test is supposed to tell you how wanted your site is. The code has been very strange lately. Sometimes it will load and sometimes it wont. I took this test at the same place for all the other tests I took. The Html code is supposed to show a wanted poster from the old west. It has your sights name on it and then generates a poster with a cash reward and what the crime is supposed to be. Let me know if this test is not showing up for you.

Back Burnner Idea

I have been playing with the idea of starting a magazine. I havent given it much thought, its just something that sneaks out from time to time. So maybe blogging about it will help me forget about it. It would be a cross between several things Pagan/Wiccan Goths or alternative Life styles and Renaissance and Medieval stuff. Big range no focus on it. But their are already so many magazines out their about Goths, Alternative Lifestyles, Medieval, Renaissance and pagan and wiccan. So if I were to do one what would be in it? What would I like seen done to it? These are only a few things I havent thought about. What about a staff? Would I need one? What about adds? How much should I sell them for? Printing would I do it in Black and White or color? These are just some of the gnawing things I need to figure out. But first things first I need to finish some of my other writing projects. Oh well as I said a back burner idea. And every name I think of I have googled for and apparently those names are taken. So its been tricky to come up with an Original Name.

Group creating woes

I have come to understand that creating an original group is difficult. What one person thinks is an original name gets upset because its not. I wanted to create a team but it appears that I wont be able to. If my partner quites I will not be making the team. I know I will need help but I don't want someone that I don't know. I might just scrap the whole project and give up on it oh well it wasn't meant to be i guess.

Takeing Custom Orders from an Indecisive Person

I started this conversation with a woman who wants a bustle jacket. It was going great until last night, she kept changing her mind about things. I really understand that its her jacket and such, but I havent been paid yet. She refuses to let me set up the listing. I am almost to the point of telling her kindly to find someone else. I have spent gas and time designing it and all i have gotten is headaches. I dont have time for this. I think I will tell her to find someone else, I just dont think it will be worth it in the long run.

Chaos

Since valentines day its been chaos here. The hubbys Social network he was involved with (RFN) has split because of failure to communicate between its owners and web support. So the owners have decided to do their own thing. Personally I wont be involved with either. RFN was neet still in the test phase had some issues but it was ok. Then all their whinnying and making the staff members pick which network to be on. They wont allow the staff members to be staff on both pages. Either way too much crap and drama for my taste. I will be closing my RFN account and taking all related banners off my sites.
Our sun is on the waiting list to be tested for autism yay finally some head way. Bad thing is his Nero is stating that he is mentally retarded instead of exploring other possibilities first. Sometime i really dislike closed minded people, I like to eliminate the other possibilities before saying he is or inst. At least pin point what is wrong and find a way to work with it. Sometimes stubborn people are a good thing ;)
Sewing projects well I am almost done with my Corset All i need to do is put the bias on it. If the weather stays great I will have pics this weekend. The ground should be dry enough for us all to go outside by then. I am taking apart some Chinese style tops and cutting out corsets from them, these will be my One of A kind since I only have 1 of each color. I think I will make them into under bust corsets I might be able to get 2 out of the shirts that way. For full body length i can only get 1 and choosing a size is hard. especially when the only available modal is about a size 18! if anything they will be reference pics of the corset styles.
Website updates: I finally updating the shop website yay only 1/4th done. So much to do, More pages to make and such. Its been really time consuming. Once the sacred oaks website is done then it will be TheCupwas Turn! that one might take me a month to do!

Lisa took a few minuets to answer one of my questions for her.

Q: What is it like when you finally finish a book?

A: To answer your question, finishing a book is an amazing sense of accomplishment, though I find an even bigger thrill comes during those times that the writing is flowing and going well, or when my characters do something shocking (and better than what I had planned). With that comes a true writer's high--that and acceptance letters from publishers, of course! Admittedly, when I finish a book there is a bit of reluctance to leave characters and settings that I've gotten to know during the course of writing--they become like comfortable friends. Of course, then there is the revision (and re-revision) process, so I do get to visit with these "friends" again.

Q: What Current books are you working on?

A: Current books I'm working on:

I recently completed IMMORAL MAGIC, a paranormal romance that is part 1 of a witch/vampire trilogy. Dream is a lonely young witch who decides to cast a love spell. Grant is the new hunk in town, a farmer with big dreams and simple beliefs. When he falls victim to magical seduction, he does his best to cast aside feelings he attributes to nothing more than her deceitful conjure. When darkness in the form of a virile, scheming vampire comes to claim the witch as his own, Grant has to decide once and for all whether he can turn his back on the greatest magic on Earth...love.

I'm currently writing THE WICCANING, a romance I'm very excited about। Justine, a "good' Christian girl, falls into sin with an intriguingly sensual man during a moment of lonely weakness. To her shock she discovers Rion is a witch; worse, not long after she sends him packing she learns that she is pregnant--against doctor's advice. Fearing the punishment for her sin will be yet another in a string of miscarriages that ended her marriage, Justine discovers a curse may be responsible. When her own flagging, yet firmly entrenched beliefs fail to offer a way out, she decides that the only way to fight fire with fire is to become the last thing a "good" Christian girl ever dared imagine.

Q: What advice do you have for young writers out there (or young at heart)?

A: There's a common adage that says, "Write what you know." I disagree. I say, "Write what you love" or "Write what inspires." Do take time to learn the craft if you're planning to get published, but don't be afraid to take chances on something unconventional if you're truly passionate about it. For in my definition, a successful writer is not necessarily someone who makes the bestseller list, but rather someone who enjoys the thrill of each journey they take through their stories--whether they get published or not.

The Biker

I saw you, hug your purse closer to you in the grocery

store line. But, you didn't see me, put an extra $10.00 in the

collection plate last Sunday. I saw you, pull your child closer

when we passed each other on the sidewalk. But, you didn't see me,

playing Santa at the local mall. I saw you, change your mind

about going into the restaurant. But, you didn't see me, attending

a meeting to raise more money for the hurricane relief. I saw

you, roll up your window and shake your head when I rode by. But,

you didn't see me, riding behind you when you flicked your

cigarette butt out the car window. I saw you, frown at me when I

smiled at your children. But, you didn't see me, when I took time

off from work to run toys to the homeless. I saw you, stare at my

long hair. But, you didn't see me, and my friends cut ten inches

off for Locks of Love. I saw you, roll your eyes at our leather

jackets and gloves. But, you didn't see me, and my brothers donate

our old ones to those that had none. I saw you, look in fright at

my tattoos. But, you didn't see me, cry as my children were born

and have their name written over and in my heart. I saw you,

change lanes while rushing off to go somewhere. But, you didn't

see me, going home to be with my family. I saw you, complain

about how loud and noisy our bikes can be. But, you didn't see me,

when you were changing the CD and drifted into my lane. I saw

you, yelling at your kids in the car. But, you didn't see me, pat

my child's hands, knowing he was safe behind me. I saw you,

reading the newspaper or map as you drove down the road. But, you

didn't see me, squeeze my wife's leg when she told me to take the

next turn. I saw you, race down the road in the rain. But, you

didn't see me, get soaked to the skin so my son could have the car

to go on his date. I saw you, run the yellow light just to save a

few minutes of time. But, you didn't see me, trying to turn

right. I saw you, cut me off because you needed to be in the lane

I was in. But, you didn't see me, leave the road. I saw you,

waiting impatiently for my friends to pass. But, you didn't see

me. I wasn't there. I saw you, go home to your family. But, you

didn't see me. Because, I died that day you cut me off. I was

just a biker. A person with friends and a family. But, you didn't

For todays online world we use the social networking sites. They are wonderful places to meet people, hold discussions and design a profile page. These places allow people to connect with each other from the ease of our homes. These places allow us to keep blogs, send heartful messages to others. Some Social Networks Pay people to use their sites. One such place is Rotatrix Friends Network or as the users call it RFN. You meet other people trying to make some extra money from home. They talk about what programs are good to be in. You make friends, and do the same things you can at MySpace. The difference is RFN pays you to use their sight.
Other wonderful Places to use are Pagan Space and TheCUPWA. These networks are set up for the occult and metaphysical world. Those who believe in other spirituality paths. Their are wonderful people at all these places and great opportunity to get your self heard. If you haven't started to use these places to help your business or personal growth you should try it. A good trial time is about a month or two. If you haven't seen any success or haven't meet any intreasting people then its your choice to leave.

You need a program the unzips the file. Its worth the $3.00! I simply plugged in the image addy that i uploaded in photobucket and plugged in the necessary fields. Now I know most of you know how to do this on your own but for those who are super busy its great! I have 2 kids 3 and 2 one with special needs the other super smart. I really don't have time to write code so this is wonderful. It took me seconds to generate a banner that I can use. Just generate the html code and copy and past it where you want it. Simple fast and easy.

Dad's Are Crafty Too!

Dad's can be very crafty people as well. My hubby is quite the crafter as well as some of the other dad's. Crafting doesn't have to be frilly or pretty (we do a lot of dark goth crafts here ) but it should be fun. A bonding experience with the kids what ever their ages are. Here is a website that helps dads get crafty with their kids. A wide range of mediums to use. The website Dad Can Do is broken down in easy to use categories. And for those who love Harry Potter to Doctor Who their is a wide range of ideas. This is a great start to do something fun with the kids (I even do these crafts!)
